Duties
Developing of the container/cargo terminal
Managing the day to day operations of a container/cargo terminal
Continuously look to maintain and improve operational performance
Evaluate port performance
Adapt and develop services and functions
liaise and work with the port authorities
Develop strong working relationship with customers
Be involved in all commercial activities at the container cargo terminal
Health and safety implementation and management
Recruit and train and effective team
Manage a multinational workforce
