FIELD SALES OFFICERS FOR A LEADING FMCG COMPANY
Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will be primarily responsible for executing sales drive and strategy within their assigned territory. He/She is also responsible for identifying, developing and increasing sales and product penetration within assigned territory.




Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities via expansion of the customer base and promotional activities.
Maintain an awareness of all company products, promotions and advertisements
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good client relationships
Communicate customer requests/direct feedback to management
Participate in marketing and sales events
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by manager


Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor degree in any social science or management related discipline.
Minimum of 2years professional working experience in Sales within the FMCG industry
Must demonstrate a strong flair for sales and a track record of achievements in previous role.
Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft office tool
Must have excellent interpersonal skill
Should be result oriented and has a good ability to work independently.
