Jose Consulting Limited looking for result oriented, self driven and highly motivated individual to hire in order to achieve our overall corporate goals and.
POST:
·        CONTAINER / CARGO TERMINAL MANAGER
SKILLS:
·        Negotiating skills
·        Attention to details is necessary to guarantee paperwork is accurate and complete before trucks leave the terminal.

QUALIFICATION
A minimum of B.Sc. with 15 years work experience in the container/cargo terminal. Professional qualification is an added advantage.
DUTIES
1)      Developing of the container/cargo terminal
2)      Managing the day to day operations of a container/cargo terminal
3)      Continuously look to maintain and improve operational performance
4)      Evaluate port performance
5)      Adapt and develop services and functions
6)      Liaise and work with the port authorities
7)      Develop strong working relationship with customers
8)      Be involved in all commercial activities at the container/cargo terminal
9)      Health and safety implementation and management
10)   Recruit and train effective team
11)   Manage a multinational workforce
