Develop the strategic vision, objectives and operating criteria for the Corporate Strategy function. in line with the Company's goals to achieve duly approved operating plans.
Develop a comprehensive category vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio in conformity with the Company's long-term goals.
Translate strategies to be executed by the field sales team in order to meet the Company's annual sales projections.
Initiate all brand planning and analytical activities for client accounts within the Company.
Provide consulting services to clients in line with business requirements so as to gain insights into their future needs and to design tailor-made solutions which will broaden the Company's portfolio.
Facilitate the identification and execution of new strategic initiatives of potential value to the Company.
Carry out business environmental scan and data gathering activities.
Ensure the development of an annual plan, aligned with the strategic plan, the annual budget, the risk management system and other relevant processes.
Facilitate project management for the Company.
Key Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration or other related disciplines. Advanced degrees in any Management and Administrative disciplines will be an advantage.
Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Strategic Management. Chartered Institute of Management and Project Management Professional (PMP) will also be added advantage.
A minimum of ten (10) years' cognate experience, with at least four (4) years' experience in a corporate planning and strategic management role.
Strong business acumen, maturity and tact, including the ability to relate with highest levels of management in organisations and other stakeholder’s.

Chief Technology Officer

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the technical vision and leading all aspects of the Company's technology development in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all technology services and software architecture activities. An intrinsic part of this will be to develop policies and procedures for the Information Technology Department, ensuring that they are consistent with the Company's objectives. Key responsibilities will be to:
Facilitate the development of on-demand and custom software to take advantage of opportunities in the market place.
Set strategic and operational targets in line with the corporate objectives and cascade these strategies to the software team in order to optimise Company resources.
Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the Company's integrated software and other enterprise wide applications,

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the successful candidate will develop and manage all Payment and Collection solutions including Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) in line with the strategic goals, objectives and short-term plans of the Company; in order to deliver efficient solutions to clients profitably and meet revenue targets, Key responsibilities will be to:
Develop payment and collection solutions from end-to-end (conception, development maintenance and evolution) in line with agreed goals and objectives,
Gather and analyse data and information on potential customers, competitors and market segments, in line with business requirements to gain insights into current and future opportunities,
Secure partnerships with OEMs and product development teams and develop customised solutions in line with the Company's and clients' requirements,
Develop briefing documents for payment and collection solutions, and IGR, which would be executed. in line with strategic timelines and production schedules, with the aim of achieving high quality documentation and maintain both current and future product solutions,
Lead technical client evaluations, system implementations and maintenance, in line with approved Service Level Agreements, with the aim of efficiently managing client relationships and contract negotiations.

Graphics and Web Design Officer

Reporting to the Head, Software Development, the successful candidate will develop and maintain the Company's website and other online marketing platforms. He/she will also carry " out graphic and other design projects, as well as develop Company's electronic and print materials in line with agreed specifications and operating standards. Key responsibilities will be to:
Design and develop all web applications and user experience interfaces according to the Company's requirements, web accessibility guidelines and agreed specifications.
Design and implements web applications according to the Company's specifications and requirements. so as' to achieve search engine optimization for web sites and projects.
Implement all web projects from conception to completion while adhering to the brand standards.
Backup and maintain all Company websites and sub-sites, including all databases, in accordance with specification in order to ensure all sites are functioning properly at all times.
Work with members of the Communication, Branding, Customer Service and Marketing teams to develop, implement, and maintain the Company's social media/marketing strategies.
Assist with various operational web based tools and help develop internal best practices as it relates to data storage and retrieval.
