Lagos mainland hotel recruiting in several Positions

Hotel Vacancies
A new hotel on the Lagos Mainland requires key staff to drive it to achieve its corporate mission of excelling in customer satisfaction through providing a home away from home.
1.      FRONT LINE DESK OFFICER
Roles and Responsibilities
·         Receives and checks in guests
·         Guest relations
Minimum Qualification
·         OND in any discipline plus 2 years in a frontline position in the hospitality or other related business.

2.      STORE KEEPER
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for basic book-keeping to ensure adequate stock management
·         Manages stock issues to ensure optimal usage for day-to-day running of the hotel
Minimum Qualification
·         OND in any field plus 3 years relevant experience in FMCG organization
3.      WIATERS
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Ensures effective service delivery to the guests
·         Ensures require service level agreements are met.
Minimum Qualification
·         Senior School Certificate
·         Excellent oral communication skills
4.      BAR ATTENDANT
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Manage the bar effectively by ensuring optimum stock utilization, profitable sales and customer satisfaction
·         Excellent oral communication skills
Minimum Qualification
·         OND in any discipline, plus 3 years experience in a similar position.
·         Must be able to demonstrate a track record of results in a similar position
5.      CHEF
Minimum Qualification
·         HND - Catering and Hotel Management
·         Demonstrable experience in preparing local and continental dishes to global standards.
6.      KITCHEN SUPPORT STAFF
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Able to cook to international standards.
·         Responsible for providing room service to guests
7.      FINANCE AND ADMIN. MANAGER
Minimum Qualification
·         HND Accountancy or PE2
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for the management of receipt, receivables banking support services.
·         In addition he/she must be able to prepare budgets, simple management
8.      HOTEL MANAGER
Minimum Qualification
·         HND - Catering and Hotel Management plus a minimum of 4 years experience in the management of a hotel
Roles and Responsibilities
·         Have oversight function over the entire operations of the hotel. Reports directly to the Executive Chairman.
