Position Announcement: Office Assistant
Location: Ogun (1); Kano (1)
Description: Ipas Nigeria is an International NGO dedicated to improving women’s reproductive health and rights. The Ipas Country Office in Nigeria builds the capacity of health systems in the country to expand the quality of women - centered reproductive health services. the office assistant will work the Office Manager in daily administration.

Key Responsibilities:
1.      Receive, send, register and distribute mails.
2.      Receive and register daily newspaper supply and archive them as appropriate
3.      Disseminate essential information to staff
4.      Ensure proper filling of documents for the Office Manager and other staff as necessary.
5.      Execute minor office maintenance projects as assigned by the office manager
6.      Printing and photocopying of documents for trainings and creating materials for public presentations as instructed
7.      Schedule assigned appointments, meetings and conferences; coordinates arrangements and set up meeting rooms; notifies meeting participants; prepares and/or assembles meeting materials from rough notes, drafts dictation or oral instructions
8.      Assist with handling travel logistics for technical unit staff and with carrying out administrative tasks.
9.      Perform other tasks as may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
·         Must be a degree holder from a higher institution.
·         1 year experience.
·         Must be able to work independently
·         Must possess strong writing and verbal communication skills
·         Must possess strong computer skills
