We are recruiting to fill the following position:
REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on experience and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/UMTS/WCDMA network
Good communication skills with English as the working language
Lowest Education: Bachelor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintenance of network performance optimization process, served as Operator In Charge of planning and optimization center.
Familiar with KPI evaluation system, with KPI negotiation experience.
In-depth technical background in telecommunications network
