A multinational company in the FMCG sector requires the service of supply “Chain Assistant and Financial and Commercial Accounting Assistant” for their main office in Dubai, UAE.
SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT
Responsible for raising purchase orders and sales orders in the system.
Responsible for generating invoices to be sent to customers/distributors
preparing manual invoices as per customers’ requirements.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT
Overall responsibility of performing accounting tasks, account payable management, accounts receivables management petty cash reimbursements, Expense claims accounting, monitoring/enhancing controls, Audit logs, apply group policies and reporting.
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Trade marketing Accounting, Customer Claim settlement, Monitory product Pricing and Cost, sales forecast, Activity Proposal and reporting, Debt notes processing.

Experience of 5 + years in finance/supply chain
Prior work experience in a multinational FMCG food company with strong exposure to finance and supply chain
Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
