OPPORTUNITY- SALES MANAGER
A leading multinational is looking
for a Sales Manager who will have a
strategic role with responsibilities focused on developing and managing the
sales team for maximum growth of the Nigerian subsidiary.
Based in Lagos, the person will be
responsible to assigns sales territories and/or accounts to the sales force;
Provides training on key sales concepts and measures that are critical to the
business; Develops strong customer relationships and participates in contract
negotiations; Provides input to the development of the annual sales forecast;
Coaches sales representatives to improve and /or
develop new skills and
competencies according to the sales development plan; Tracks channel
performance using standard metrics (margin, turnover, coverage, etc.); Shares
best practices with other sales managers/supervisors and sales representatives
across locations/country and Provides input on the short-to mid-term sales and
pricing strategy as well as customer satisfaction objectives.
Reporting to the General Manager,
the candidate must have 3-5 years management experience in a Sales Management
role and related qualifications. A multinational experience is an advantage.
