located in one of the South Western States of Nigeria .

SUMMARY OF SCOPE OF FUNCTIONS/REQUIRED
COMPETENCES:
v
Management of our pullet rearing operation with
a capacity of 1 million Poultry lay pullet annually to achieve target weight
body confirmation a minimum livability of 96% at P.O.L.
v
Formulate and implement best practices in the
industry to ensure realization of the
set target, whilst ensuring effective and efficiency cost management process;
v
Ensure effective and efficient coordination and
management of human capital in the unit towards ensuring qualify of outputs;
v
Deployment and observance of current good
production practice/HACCP and other best international practices to beef-up
standard;
v
Generation and formulation of relevant policies
and standard operating procedures (SOP’s ) required to beef-up performance, and
adherence to quality management system (QMS);
REPORTING SYSTEM:
The
candidate will report to the General Manager, Farm Operations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The
right candidate must possess minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in
pullet rearing in a medium to large scale commercial Poultry Operation, with
provable track records.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
Minimum
of Veterinary Degree or Bachelor’s (Master degree in related Agricultural
discipline such as Animal Science, or Animal Production Technology and Health
from a reputable institution.
