Job Title: Legal Officer 
QualificationMust have graduated from an accredited university and from law school. LLB, BL degree

3 years post call to bar experience Age between 35 - 40 years NYSC discharge certificate A member of Nigeria Bar Association Must be computer literateAbility to interact with various levels from staff to management Ability to partner with and influence others to drive process changes Strong analytical skills to form objective conclusions Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on courses of action Solid business judgment critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize assignments. Intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic characterized by high integrity and professionalism.
Relevance (Key Responsibilities) Review legal agreements for department heads and provide feedback. Manage internal legal records Facilitate lawsuits externally and internally by documenting potential claims issue     . Interface with external legal counselManage law enforcement issues and serve as the point of contact for all law enforcement matters. Keep abreast of pertinent legal and regulatory developments, laws and regulations Interface with regulatory authorities over compliance issues.
