Our client is one of the leading engineering and Construction companies in the Nigerian oil and gas servicing industry based in Warri, Delta State, Owing to expansion, our client seeks the best fit for its dynamic operations.
A. HEAD, PROJECT SERVICES (HPS01)
Qualification
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering field, building and other related field.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP or Prince2)
- A relevant post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience/Requirement

- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience.
- At least 5 years experience of large and complex business projects.
- Hands on project Management experience in construction, engineering or similar/related industry.
Responsibilities
- Direct and control engineering projects to ensure that they are completed to the standards required within agreed timescales and to the agreed budget level.
- Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the Project Management,
- Purchasing and Maintenance functions achieve their business objectives.

B. PROJECT ENGINEERS (PE03)

Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering field, building and other related field.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP or Prince2)
Experience/Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
- Operational knowledge of project Management in construction, engineering or similar/related industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and designs all construction details
- Supervise the project implementation and preliminary survey of construction site
- Provide up-to-date information on project status to all stakeholders
C. MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (ME04)
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Experience/Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
- With at least 2 years experience of mechanical/electrical maintenance
Responsibilities
- Regularly review all working practices, procedures and equipment to ensure that they are the most efficient and effective available.
- Identify quality improvement programmes to improve the cost effectiveness of the maintenance process.

D. QA/QC MANAGER (QACM02)
E. QA/QC SUPERVISOR (QACS03)
F. QA/QC ENGINEERS (QACE04)

Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field, building and other related field.
- Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience/Requirement
Minimum of 8 years cognate experience for Managers,
- 5 years for Supervisor
- And 3 years for the engineers
Knowledge of Quality Control/Assurance in construction and engineering in a similar industry
Responsibilities
Perform independent quality checks, inspections and reviews of activities performed by Operations
Department.
Research and facilitate the implementation of a total quality assurance tool/methodology to ensure adherence to relevant international standards and guiding and procedures.

G. PROCUREMENT OFFICER (PO03)
Qualifications
First degree or its equivalent in a business related discipline (e.g. Business Administration).
Professional qualification (CIPS, CIPN), will be an added advantage
Experience/Requirement
Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
Knowledge of culture and practices in Niger Delta Area an added advantage
Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise purchase of materials to ensure they are of right quality and meet
IDMON’s specifications.
Review invoice for capital expenditures to confirm receipt of goods and endorse prior to submission to the finance department.
Identify suppliers/vendors and develop and maintain lasting relationships/ strategic alliances to facilitate product sourcing and procurement.
H. HEAD, CORPORATE SERVICES (HCS01)
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its eeuivalent in any discipline, preferably social sciences or administration.
Post graduate qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration is compulsory.
Experience/Requirement
Minimum of 7 years cognate experience of which at least three (3) must have been at a supervisory/managerial level.
Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Define people management and human resource development strategies.
Champion the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to identify, select, hire and retain the best talent.
Articulate and develop HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance by staff

I. FACILITY/ADMIN OFFICER (FAO02)
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably Social Sciences, Management and Administraion or in Building/Civil Engineering.
Post graduate qualification with be an added advantage.
Experience/Requirement
Minimum of 4 years cognate experience
Knowledge of facility maintenance will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Coordinate all activities relating to maintenance of the Company’s facilities, equipment and utilities.
Also support the Head, Corporate Services and the Human Resource third-party service provider in executing day-to-day human resources activities.

J. IT OFFICER (1002)
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Electronics or any other related field
Relevant professional qualification/certificates will be an added advantage.
Experience/Requirement
Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
Knowledge of IT systems and of the latest developments in these fields
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain contacts with suppliers and IT consultants to ensure that any proposed modifications are produced in accordance with specification
Plan and carry out the testing of recommended information technology solutions to ensure that these perform to the users’ requirements.
Respond to enquiries from staff to help them resolve any hardware or software or software problems.
Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected
