Lagos Based Microfinance Bank recruiting in several Positions

VACANCIES
A middle size, fast growing and aggressively forward looking microfinance bank with head office in Lagos wishes to fill the following vacancies:

Code No      Vacant Position Qualification
MD/CE        Managing Director, CEO Candidate must possess an MBA with at least
10 years cognate experience. Extensive knowledge of MBF business, credit and risk
Management is important. Maturity and ability to relate with the Board of Directors and major stake holders is compulsory

FC      Financial Controller                 The ideal candidate must be a graduate of
Accounting and must be chartered. A minimum       cognate experience of not less than 8 years is required. A thorough understanding of the management accounting, financial statements preparation and analysis is required. A strong network with regulatory bodies is necessary.
HRM         Head of Risk Management: The ideal candidate should have been a                                                                                                
Chartered Accountant with strong cognate    experience of not less than 8 years in all arms of risk management.
HBD  Head Business Development:   Candidate should possess a good B.Sc/HND with          
At least 7 years working experience in core    retail Banking or microfinance bank. Candidate must be vast in relationship management, writing and analysis of credit.
CMO      Credit & Marketing Officer         Candidate must possess a minimum of BSc/HND
With at least 2 years working experience in core retail banking. Basic experience in writing credit is a must.
HOPS      Head of Operations:                   The ideal person must have knowledge of the        
three core divisions of banking operations; ACCA       or equivalent is an advantage
OPS   Operations Officers            Candidates must possess a National Diploma  
(ND) from an accredited polytechnic and must be numerate.
ICA     Internal Control & Audit Officer: Ideal candidates should be chartered accountants
With cognate experience ranging from 3-8 years   Operations staff with combined knowledge of Cash & Teller, Fund Transfer and Customer Service may be considered.
HHR     Head, Human Resources:            The ideal candidate with a B.Sc/HND must have  
At least 8 years cognate experience. A HR                      consulting background will be added advantage. However, such candidate must have practiced HR in a commercial bank or a financial services company of an average size. Membership of relevant professional body though not compulsory, is desired.
