Lagos based Institution recruiting System Audit & Control, IT Officer.

Applications are hereby requested from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions of a System Audit and Control Officer, Information Technology Officer which exist in a reputable Institution with Headquarters in Lagos:
1. System Audit and Control Officer
Duties:
 Develop and implement a risk-based IT Audit Strategy in compliance with IT Audit standards to ensure that key areas are included

 Plan specific IT audit to determine whether information systems are protected , controlled and provide value to the organization
 Conduct IT audit in accordance with IT audit standards to achieve planned audit objectives
 Report directly to the Head, Internal Audit and control
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
 Strong knowledge of IT Audit and Assurance Standards, Guidelines & Tools, Techniques, Code of Professional Ethics and other applicable standards
 Strong knowledge of control objectives and controls related to information system.
 Knowledge of Audit planning and audit project management technique including follow up
 Knowledge of fundamental business processes (e.g. purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, account receivable) including relevant IT
 Knowledge of reporting and communication techniques
 Knowledge of IT architecture related data, applications and technology (e.g. web based applications web services)
 B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Computer Science from any reputable Institution
 A master Degree in the same discipline is an added advantage
 Must be a member of Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)with not less than 5 years working experience in the Audit department
 The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.
 Good ICT skill is a basic requirement.
2. Information Technology Officers
Duties
 Database Management / Programming and Software Development (2 positions)
- Proficiency in the use of Structured Query Language ( SQL)
- Programming and Software Development such as Java, C#.Net, VB.Net, Oriented Analysis & Design, PHP
- Proficiency in the use of Access and Excel
 Networking (1 position)
- Lan Management
- Network Designs using CISCO and other networking device
- Proficiency in Routing and switching technology
- Good understanding of VPN technology
- In-depth knowledge of windows servers and services
 The Officers will report directly to the Head Information Technology
Personalities/Competences/Qualifications
 Reporting, Writing and strong presentation skill
 Adaptability
 B.Sc. Computer Science from any reputable Institution with not less than 5 years working experience
 A Masters degree in the same discipline is an added advantage
 The candidate should be more than 40 years of age
 IT Professional qualifications is a strong advantage
