 A Property Development Company based in Lagos has employment vacancies for the following positions on the Island:

Position:     Project Engineers: Ref: PE 1





Requirement:

Candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND in Building Technology or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, competent in the use of engineering design program and the ability to co-ordinate the activities of the project sites.


 Position:     Facility Managers: Ref: FM



Requirement:

Candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering /Building Technology. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facility Maintenance or a related field is required.
Candidates must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills who will co-ordinate and provide technical direction for the development design and system integration of projects.




Position:     Mechanical Engineering: Ref: ME



Requirement:

Candidates must possess a B.Sc /HND in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.




Position:     Plumbers: Ref: PLW



Requirement:

Candidates must be skied plumbers with relevant technical degrees and at least 5 years experience in the Building Maintenance and Construction industry




Position:     Confidential Secretary



Requirement:

Applicants should have a minimum of a HND in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years’ cognate experience in a similar position.




Position:     Administrative Personnel



Requirement:

Applicants should have a minimum of a HND in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years’ cognate experience in a similar position.


Position:     Quantity Surveyors: Ref: GS



Requirement:

Candidates must possess a B.Sc /HND in Quantity Surveying.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the Building Industry.




Position:     Electrical Technicians: Ref: HI



Requirement:

Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3-5years experience in this field.
Also candidates must be proficient in electrical wiring, electrical installations generator maintenance and the maintenance of electrical appliance.




Position:     Carpenters:



Requirement:

Candidates must possess a degree from on accredited Trade/ Technical School.
They must skilled carpenters with the ability to fabricate and instal furniture. Proficiency in plasterboard installation and painting will be on advantage
