Primary Mortgage Institution in Abuja recruiting in 5 Positions

VACANCIES
A leading dynamic and well capitalized Primary Mortgage Institution with operational base in Abuja seeks to employ multi talented and achievement driven young professionals with career ambitions to fill the existing vacancies immediately:
1. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
This is a managerial position that requires a target driven individual with a dynamic personality, with proven knowledge of Investment banking, financial intermediation and its instruments. The COO reports directly to the MD/CEO

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in any subject provided there is a proven minimum of 10 years cognate experience with at least 5 years held in a similar challenging position from a reputable financial institution
Proficiency in banking and treasury operations is a must
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Professional qualification (ACA, ACIB, MBA, etc) is an added advantage
2. HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
This position is for an individual with cognate experience in Mortgage, Credit and Treasury activities. The successful candidate will steer the ship of these units at a Senior Manager capacity.
He will be responsible for:
Transaction of the company’s strategies into marketing plans
Formulation and development of various treasury products
Preparation of monthly marketing budget.
Requirements
First degree in any Social Science
Minimum of 8 years post graduate cognate experience with at least 4 years at managerial positions of a reputable financial institution.
Working experience in E-banking unit of a Commercial bank will be an added advantage
3. SYSTEM AUDITORS
Requirements:
B.Sc. or HND in Accounting
Must have at least 5 years post practical audit experience in reputable audit firms or financial institutions.
Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office packages with good system audit knowledge.
Professional qualification ACA, CISA, etc will be an added advantage.
4. HR/ADMIN MANAGER
Requirements:
Must possess a good honour’s degree / HND in Humanities, Social Sciences or any related discipline
Membership of CIPM or NIPR is an added advantage
Possession of an MBA will be preferable
Excellent oral (English Language) corporate rate communication skills and profile raising
Must have proven ability to lead recruitment, contracts management and maintain high staff morale.
A minimum of 7 years post qualification experience, one of which must be in a senior management position of a reputable company
Possession of persuasive skills is compulsory for this position.
5. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICERS
Requirements:
B.Sc or HND in Computer Engineering/Science
Professional qualifications MCSE, CCNP will be an added advantage
Extensive knowledge / experience in the design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Routing and Switching Management
Experience in ATM working environment is a must
Must be able to plan and coordinate activities such as upgrading and installing software and hardware, programming and system design, the development of internet and intranet sites and the implementation of computer networks
Specific experience in IT network systems in Windows, Novell and Cisco
