TITLE: RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYST – PRM001
Grade Alignment: Senior Officer
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any related field
• At least 5 years in the risk management division of a Bank or financial institution in Nigeria
• Good networking in the banking or pension industries particularly related to risk management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To identify and quantify the organization’s exposure to accidental loss.
• To adopt proper financial protection measure through risk transfer (to outside parties) risk avoidance and retention programs.
• To establish Risk Management policies and procedures
• Building a risk awareness culture within the organization
• Establish internal risk policy and structures for business units
• Preparing reports on risk for the Board and the stakeholders.
• The successful candidate will report to the Senior Management and is expected to play the leading roles in defining risks, apply the controls, and recommend policies on risk management to ensure the business operates within the risk tolerance level set by the Board of Directors.
PROGRAMMER/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR – PICT002
Grade alignment: Assistant Manager
The successful candidate is expected to be part of the team responsible for building and maintaining web and Desktop data driven applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• First degree in Computer, Mathematics, Physics or any related discipline
• Certifications in Database Management, Networking and net Programming
• Should be very innovative
• Minimum of 6 years working experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Database management (MS SQL Server)
• Management of Active Directory
• Install and manage Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008
• Configuration of DNS
• Manage and trouble shoot routers and switches
• Implementation of security policies on ASA firewall
• Exchange Server Management
• Design new systems or enhancements to existing systems

• Management of the Client feedback process
• Resolution of all customer queries
• Supervision of all inbound calls received in the department
• Attend to Clients via the Live Chat platform
• Manage the company Face book page and resolve all queries logged on the page
• Provide weekly activity reports on all customer service activities
