Customer Care Officers (CCO)
Job Description
• Attend to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Process internet banking service and e-products request
• Issue banker’s signature confirmation and reference letter as required
• Refer customer request beyond his/her limit to appropriate authority
• Perform other duties as assigned by Business Service Manager
Skills Required
• Good customer service care
• Good problem solving skills
• Good documentation and record keeping
• Good reading and listening skills
Educational Qualification
• HND Graduate Only (Minimum Lower Credit)
Age: Not more than 30 years
• Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage
TRANSACTION OFFICERS (TO)
Job Description
• Process opening, reactivation and closure of account’s
• File customer’s records
• Process ATM cards for customers
• Replace lost/expired customer instrument such as ATM Card, Cheque books etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Transactions Service Team Lead.
Skills Required
• Good customer service orientation
• Good problem solving skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Good oral and written communication skills
Educational Qualification
• OND (Minimum Lower Credit) with 2 years working experience in the security industry/SSCE with 5 years working security experience
Age: Not less than 28 years and not more than 40 years as at time of applying
