QUALIFICATIONS
AND REQUIREMENTS:
Contract manager:
·
HND / B.Sc in Building Technology or Civil
Engineering
·
Minimum of 10-15 years post NYSC experience
·
Must be between the ages of 30-45 years
·
Must have worked in a reputable construction
company
·
Must have headed a project site in the last 5
years with a minimum of 50 artisans
·
M.Sc or post graduate Diploma in project
management will be an added advantage
·
Membership of relevant professional bodies like
COREN and NIB shall be considered
Project
and Site Manager
·
HND / B.Sc in Building Technology or Civil
Engineering
·
Minimum of 5-10 years post NYSC experience
·
Must not be less than the age of 27 years
·
Must have worked in a reputable construction
company
·
Must have headed a project site in the last 5
years with a minimum of 50 artisans
·
M.Sc or post graduate Diploma in project
management will be an added advantage

Membership of relevant professional bodies shall

Chief
Accountant
·
B.Sc/HND in Accounting
·
MBA is an added advantage

Must be fully professionally qualified

Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in
Construction or Project Management environment

B.Sc/HND in Accounting

Must be partly professionally qualified
·
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in
Construction or Project Management environment
Quality
Surveyor
·
B.Tech/HND in Quantity Surveying
·
Minimum of 5-10 years post NYSC experience
·
Must not be less than 27 years
·
Must have worked in a construction firm and
fully involved in their projects
·
Membership of relevant professional bodies would
be an added advantage
