Marketing Manager/ Coordinator at Luxury Villa

Luxury Villa, we are a Real Estate Agency, Property Management and Development company based in Ikoyi, Lagos and engaged in land and property sourcing, development, construction, lettings and management. We are seeking, for immediate employment, suitably qualified, mature, dynamic, energetic and experienced individuals for the following position:

Job Title: Marketing Manager/ Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience

    BSc or HND in Marketing or any Business or Social Science discipline
    Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience
    Membership of appropriate professional body will be added advantage



Skills and Competence

    Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing marketing strategies in a real estate and property management industry
    Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements
    Good selling, marketing and customer relationship management and service delivery skills
    Proficient in sales report analysis, interpretations and presentation
    Highly innovative, proactive and able to handle and meet clients service needs
    Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics
    Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills
    Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly
    Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times
    Innovative, stress tolerance, decision-making skills
    Proven knowledge in market and customer research


Additional Requirements for all positions

    Self motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
    Ability to build and maintain relationships is very essential
    Positive attitude with good organizational skills
    Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use of the internet
    Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with nose for details
    Valid driving license is essential to effectively carry out this job
    Good geographical knowledge of FCT, state capitals and commercial cities in Nigeria
    Willingness to travel anytime at short notice
