A young dynamic company involved in Real Estate Development and Building construction with a unique technology is seeking qualified candidate with value for excellence to send in their applications for screening to fill the following vacant job positions:
1.    GENERAL MANAGER / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – COO 149
•    Report to the Board of Directors.
•    The management team leader working under the guidance of the Board to develop Business and operational policies that will enhance growth and profitability of the business
•    The ideal candidate will be a University graduate of Quality Surveying or Building Technology or Civil Engineering with relevant professional qualifications.
•    Core area of competence will be a demonstrable experience of 10-12 years in the Building industry with at least 4-5 years in Senior Top management position
•    An MBA degree is highly desirable

2.    HEAD, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING – HFA 150
•    Reporting to the General Manager/COO
•    A team leader who will be responsible for transaction processing and add tremendous value to the business process by providing accurate and meaningful information to aid the decision making process of management.
•    The ideal candidate must be a University Graduate with professional qualifications in Accountancy (ACA, ACCA), a good understanding of computerized accounting systems; with 5-7 years experience in managing an efficient team in the provision of financial information for Top Senior Management
3.    HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – BDM 160
•    Reporting to the General Manager / COO
•    The candidate should have good negotiation & persuasive skills. A very good understanding of the business environment with good presentation skills. An ability to consummate business transactions within the construction industry.
•    The ideal candidate must be a University Graduate with an MBA, with demonstrable experience and track record in sales and Marketing of about 6 years
4.    COMPANY SECRETARY / LEGAL ADVISER – CSLA 120
•    Reporting administratively to the General Manager /COO and functionally to the Board
•    The real candidate will be a lawyer with deep understanding of Company law and corporate issues with practical approach to the interpretation of the Company and Allied matters Act of 2004. The Manager for this position will also exercise oversight and supervisory functions in the Human Resources and Administrative unit of the company
•    Qualification: LLB, BL with post call to bar experience of 5-7 years
5.    QUALITY SURVEYOR – QTS 260
•    Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Quality Surveyor will be responsible for and focused on managing the cost of all projects and enhance value for money by preparing accurate Bill of Quantities, progress reports including values of works and estimates of final accounts of all projects undertaking by the company.
•    Qualifications: B.Sc. / HND quantity Surveying, membership of relevant professional body of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying is desirable.
•    Must have spent the last 4-6 years in Building Construction sites & Project management.
6.    ARCHITECT – ARC 250
•    Reporting to the Head, Business Development; the Architect shall be responsible for developing and translating our client’s concepts into realistic commercial designs.
7.    ACCOUNTANT – ACCT 280
•    Reporting to the Head, Finance & Accounts
•    A self starter and professional who will be responsible for core transaction processing and documentation
•    Assist the Head of Finance & Accounts in the full implementation of company’s policy.
•    The incumbent must be comfortable with the use of computerized financial applications.
•    The ideal candidate must be an Accounting Graduate with professional qualifications in Accountancy (ACA, ACCA).
8.    ADMIN & HR OFFICER – HRO 210
•    Reporting to the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.
•    The ideal candidate must be a University Graduate of Social Science with 3 years cognate experience in HR functions in a well established organization.
