W-Holistic Business Solutions is looking for seasoned Human Resource professionals for its client, a leading educational institution in Nigeria.
Our client is keen on engaging a professional that will facilitate the realisation of the institution’s through the formulation and implementation of best practice HR policies, procedures and processes. The function also includes ensuring the smooth running of the institution’s administrative activities.
The ideal candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of the components and evolving dealings in human resource management, labour market and employment legislation. He must be able to think
strategically and appreciate the systematic impact of industry policies, practices and issues on the human resource function.
Position: Human Resources and Administrative Manager
Qualifications:
A first degree in industrial Relations and Personnel Management or a related discipline from a reputable University
A related second degree or a professional qualification will be an added advantage (e.g. Chartered Institute of personnel Management)
A minimum of seven (7) years post NYSC experience in human resource management in a corporate organization with at least 2 years at management level
Experience in managing staff strength in excess of 200 (skilled and unskilled)
Must be willing to work in the outskirt of Lagos.
