1. Technical Sales Analyst (TSA) – Abuja
2. Quality Assurance Executive – Lagos
Principal Accountabilities TSA
• Determine clients’ business requirements and develop appropriate hardware and soft ware solution to meet those needs
• Demonstrates the technical capabilities of proffered solutions to clients
• Ensures all commercial and technical aspects of a sales team to identify opportunities for advance systems business
• Offer after-sales systems support such as installation and training in collaboration with the technical support team
Qualifications / Experience
• B.Sc. in computing, Business Information System, Information Technology with IT content
• Good knowledge of Server Operating Systems, Database systems, TCP / IP networking and competitive vendors’ technologies
• Be ready to travel up to 50% of his time
• 2-3 years active sales or marketing experience in a technology company involved in hardware and software sales
Principal Accountabilities QAE
• Ensure Customer Care Management System is operating effectively
• Provide Quarterly analysis of all customer satisfaction reports for management reviews to facilitate development of improvement actions and programs
• Ensure customer requirements are translated into our business processes
• Provide functional support for ISO 9001 and Quality programmes
Qualification / Experience
• B.Sc. / HND in Social Science / Humanities/Science
• 2 years experience in Quality Assurance Department
• High level of communication skills and good inter-personal relationship
• Good analytical mind, understanding of the business processes
• Computer Literate
