Personal Attributes.
The ideal candidates should have significant track records of success in management consultancy, business re-engineering and executive selection. They should also possess the following:
• A minimum of masters degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Admin. Or other Social Sciences. A doctorate degree in any related field will be an added advantage.
• At least 12 years relevant working experience
• Excellent writing and facilitation skills
• Good knowledge of research
• Mathematical and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages/Softwares such as Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
