Job Title: Senior RF Engineer

Job Description:
RF Planning and Optimization
The person shall be mainly responsible for GSM/UMTS/HSPA + rollout and optimization support.
The job requires sound knowledge of GSM/UMTS/HSDPA networks, technical details like modulation schemes,

CQI and exercising judgment in performing optimization tasks.
Provide SME support and knowledge transfer to field engineers.
Analyzing drive test data and proposing antenna/parameter changes to
optimize the coverage/capacity and data throughput of the UMTS/HSPA + network.
Perform link budget analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis.

Requirements
- Sound knowledge of GSM/UMTS/HSDPA
- Ability to provide SME support and knowledge to field engineers more than average knowledge in transmission network design, RF planning optimization.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related fields with strong accademic record. with 4 years minimum working experience.
