Our Client has a vacancy for a Project Office Management Assistant. This is a contract position, based in Nigeria.

As Project Office Management Assistant, you will jointly handly HR and expatriate services, project management services, team logistics, IT support coordination, finance liaison (reconciliations) as well as be a key member of the implementation team.



Your responsibilities will include the following:
Coordinate and support the Project Governance process at the different sites, assisting the Programme Manager in the organisation and preparation of Programme Management Steering Committee meetings, and act as Secretary.
Coordinate with site teams the recording of the deliverables produced and signed off by the customer.
Assist also the Programme Manager in collecting, putting together and issuing the monthly activity report.
Coordinate the collection of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSIs) from all sites, together with site teams prepare reports and follow-up actions as applicable.
Coordinate Project Office activities.
Coordinate the services fee invoicing process: timely issue of service fee data to Accounting department for invoicing.
Coordinating the effective tracking and chasing up of invoices, and resolution of issues.
Co-ordinate the on-boarding of any new SMS staff into relevant programmes.
Assist Programme Manager in the organisation and facilitation of team building events within the SMS teams.
Assist Programme Manager in running an effective structure and process for ensuring an effective networking in SMS teams between the sites.

Experience and Qualifications Required
Good degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, sciences, IT, business administration).
Experience with the Nigerian environment and knowledge of SPDC organization is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with all levels of staff.

The salary for this role is negotiable.
