1. ICT Administrator
Requirements
• Minimum of B.Sc. /HND in Computer Science or any related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ICT.
• Conversant with most enterprise applications and open source community.
• Conversant with website maintenance and network securities.
• Must have basic Linux administration knowledge.
• Ability to install, configure and support windows Os
• Good knowledge of LAN and WAN.
• A team player
2. Hardware Support Person
Experience
• 1-3 years of directly related experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills(written, oral and listening)
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Must have ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
Educational Background
• Minimum of OND certificate preferred
• Experience with office operations and general windows OS and Microsoft Office products required.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Ability to support by phone or in person hardware and software.
2. Provide end user technical support and troubleshooting with network attached equipment such as PDAs, Laptops, and IPods.
3. Experience with MS Operating systems, Windows98-XP
4. Familiar with setup and configuration of the Novel Netware client
5. Comfortable calling Vendors
6. Comfortable calling Tech Support and escalating issues if needed
7. Microsoft Office usage
8. Window XP operations
9. Good skills with keyboard typing and mouse usage
10. Good clear verbal communication skills
