Adexen is looking for a Human Resource Generalist for an international Marine offshore Oil & Gas company. HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Generalist will assist the DHRM with all HR functions.
He will report to the deputy Human Resources Manager.
The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·  Assist with general recruitment
·  Assist with training and career development
·  Monitor Employee file management
·  Assist with staff discipline management
·  Assist with performance management
·  Assist with HR strategy development and implementation
·  Any other duties as directed by the HR MANAGER/DHRM

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·  A graduate with Social Science degree
·  The ideal candidate should be male or female, between the ages of 25 – 35 years preferably
·  Must be and indigene of Rivers State
·  Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Human Resource generalist preferably in the marine industry or Oil and Gas
·  Creative and Innovative
·  Team oriented and outgoing
·  Ability to work with little or no supervision
