Oil and Gas company recruiting

Our Client, a player in the oil & gas exploration & production sector of the industry, requires the service of an experienced professionals for contract employment.


EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as an accountant
• At least 5 years cumulative experience on business transformation projects in a finance environment either as staff or consultant
• Good understanding of inventory and materials management, fixed assets Management, procurement and production Management, Project Management gained preferably in an oil and gas or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in ERP Implementation and data migration reconciliation
• Competencies in accounting data reconciliation between the legacy accounting system and the new system
• Hands-on experience reconciling company's 25+ bank accounts with new system




QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION
• Knowledgeable in the area of business processes design and implementation within a computerized environment
• Proficient use of Peachtree Accounting, Quick Books Enterprise, etc will be an advantage
• First degree in Accounting, finance, Computer Science or any business discipline.
• Professional accounting certification or final stage of ACCA, ICAN, etc is necessary
