Job Vacancies at Abuja Based Hotel

Hotel Vacancy
A conglomerate quoted in the Nigerian Stock Exchange has vacancy for the position of HOTEL MANAGER in her medium size budget hotel in Abuja.

Job Description
•    Effective supervision of all Departments of the hotel.
•    Control cost of running the hotel to Improve the bottom line.
•    Ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Market the services of the hotel to achieve management set target on room occupancy level, profitability etc.
•    Explore revenue generation sources not yet in place.


Qualification and Experience
 Must be a graduate (Bachelor/ HND with at least 5 years experience as hotel manager.

Must be familiar with the Federal Capital Territory.
Must be computer literate.
Must have budgeting and financial management experience.
Must have leadership quality. HR management and company administration experience, and must be able to establish standard operating procedures for all Departments.
 Must have marketing skill.
Age should not be more than 45 years.
