REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field;
Minimum 8 years experience in the field of Human Resources or Administration, preferably at international level;
Previous working experience within the UN or International NGO, preferably in the one or more African country is highly desirable;
Previous experience in Salary Surveys is mandatory;
Fluency both written and spoken in English.
Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.
