Job Title: AGENCY DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT (Ref: FILADM)
Reporting to the Head of Retail Distribution, the successful candidate will provide strategic direction to the agency distributionteam, as well as lead agency sales and marketing efforts in the company, He/ she will drive revenue through execution of the company’s strategic plan, focused leadership of the sales force and development of important relationships within the markeplace. Specifically. The successful candidate will:
- Develop and implement agerlcy distribution strategies for the company and generate demand for all the company’s products and services through the agency channel.
- Developand implements sales strategies in line with the objectives of the company.
- Manage, lead, coach and motivate a unified agency sales team offering life and non-life insurance products.
-Direct the agency distribution unlt to meet revenue performance goalsltargets while ensuring a positive client experience
- Develop, implement and manage the company’s marketing plan and annual budget.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
- A good bachelor’s degree in any field of study from a reputable institution.
- Higher degree {s) or relevant professional qualification(s) will be an advantage.
- Minimum oHive (5) years’experiencewith at least two (2) years in a reputable insurance company.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills and proven ability to drive revenue generation.
- Good communication and people rnanagementskills.
- Must be. Computer literateand be abletowork in a team-based multi-cultural environment.
Location: Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
