POSITION: STOCK ANALYST AND CONTROLLER (CODE 1A 001)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports to the store manager and is to lead and control the implementation of the software system transactions and procedures
• Ensure that item cards of goods are created properly
• Takes precautions to avoid duplication and wrong creation of item card.
• Retains and reviews the stated min & max values of each item.
• Adhere to company policy and initiate the reorder levels as per the user department feedback and cooperate with procurement on that
• Provides the stock reports necessary to maintain proper inventory records and periodic review of the monthly stock count
• Implements the critical parts plans and review its needed parameters
• Provides the necessary technical/engineering support to the stores team
IT SKILLS
• Must be a computer user with good knowledge in ERP
• Must be conversant with relevant software packages
QUALIFICATION
• A minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree, HND (Or its equivalent) in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Professional Certification will be an added advantages.
THE PERSON
• Age between 30-45 Years
• Proactive, Self Motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills ( must be a team player)
• High level of drive, Result Oriented and Good communication skills
Experience
• Minimum 4 years experience in cement industry or similar industry (spare parts, maintenance etc.)
STORES SUPER VISOR (CODE 1 A 002)
• Reports to the store manager and is to lead and control the activities of the store keepers and helpers.
• Supervises the receiving and issuing of goods as per procedures
• Ensures that items are kept according to store layout to protect stores contents against loss.
• Initiates work plans for housekeeping and security checkups
• Submit report to his manager regularly
IT SKILLS
• Must be a computer user with good technical knowledge & supply chain knowledge,
Qualification
• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in any social science or Engineering and/ or HND (or its equivalent)
THE PERSON
• Age between 30-45 years
• Proactive, Self motivated, Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player,
Experience
• Minimum 4 years experience including 2 years store experience in an industry.
SURVEYOR (CODE 1 A 003)
• Reports to the mining planning Engineer and will provide service as a surveyor engineer.
• Responsible for topographic updates according to the mining planning engineer requirement.
• Control of floor level through measuring the level of every borehole and drill pattern.
• Direct or conduct survey in order to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles. Design of roads, inclination, drawing up, positioning of reference point in Held.
• Calculate height, depths, relative positions, property line, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Determine inventory of the different materials used in cement manufacturing; Gypsum ,Iron ore, raw materials, clinker etc.
• Determine quantity of material removed from the quarry overburden, interburden etc.
• Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy
• Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instrument
• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data in order to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.
SPECIAL JOB SKILL
• A wide knowledge about Total Station Operation
• Ability to provide the information in CAD system (DWG DWF) Operation of instruments to control level inclination and global position system
QUALIFICATION
• A good university degree or HND in Engineering, Surveyor land survey (Or its equivalent)
• Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
