AGE: 35 – 45 YRS OLD
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of a good Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences or other related fields. Possession of an MBA, relevant Post-graduate degrees, and related professional qualifications will be an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, 4 of which should be in a managerial position with an Interface and Stakeholder management role.
SKILLS/ SPECIAL APTITUDES:
Very good Communication skills (written and oral), Very good Analytical and Imaginative skills, strong Leadership skills - Influencing and People Engagement skills, excellent Interpersonal, Conflict Resolution, & Community Relations skills.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Honesty, Integrity, Consistency, People and Result-oriented, highly motivated, detail-oriented with organized and methodical work habits.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
•Develop, and implement Stakeholder Management and Community Relations Strategy/ Framework.
•Promote and develop relationships with Government Agencies, NGO’s, Organized Private Sector, Local Councils, the Communities, Multi-Lateral Organizations, and International Donor Agencies.
•Enforce on-time interface and stakeholder management support for all Divisions.
Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required and will report to a General Manager. The person will supervise the staff & coordinate the activities of the Interface and Stakeholder Management team.
