LAND SURVEYORS
• B.sc/HND in Surveying, a qualified member of the institute is an added advantage with substantial progress at the professional examination
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to use modern survey equipment and interpret report
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
QUANTITY SURVEYORS
• The successful candidate must possess a B.sc/HND in Quantity Surveying
• Ability to do certification/valuation of reports and evaluation of miles stones on projects
• Minimum of 4 years cognate experience.
CIVIL ENGINEERS
• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Building Technology (B.sc/HND)
• Ability to work without supervision
• 5 years working experience with practical skills and ability to use AutoCAD
• COREN registration is an added advantage.
ADMIN MANAGER
• Candidates must possess a good honors degree/HND in Humanities, Social Sciences
• Excellent written/oral communication
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, one of which must be in-a senior management position of a reputable company
• Membership of CIPM or MBA added advantage.
ADMIN OFFICERS
• Candidates must possess a good honors degree/HND in Humanities, social sciences/any other related discipline.
• Candidates must be experienced Admin officers with minimum of two years working experience.
ACCOUNTANTS
• A good degree or HND in Accountancy
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience in related service industry
• Good knowledge of computer based accounting packages e.g. Quick book, etc
• Experience in auditing and internal control procedure
• Must have a high level of integrity and responsibility
• Holders of ACA would have an added advantage.
ACCOUNT OFFICERS
• A good degree or HND in Accountancy
• Young Accountants who have worked for a minimum of two years in an organized environment • Computer versatility is a must.
MARKETERS
• Candidates must possess a good honors degree/HND in Humanities, Social Sciences
• Interested candidates must be presently working as marketers in well structured firm
• Ideal candidates must show strong will to succeed and drive sales in a way to surpass the expected monthly and annual sales target
• Minimum of two years marketing experience in a firm
• Ability to be part of a proactive team and ready to work with little supervision.
PLUMBERS
• Candidates must possess OND or Trade Test 1 or City Guild in plumbing with a minimum of three years experience
• Applicant must have completed apprenticeship training in a reputable company.
