Transport Office Assistant


The TO Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of transport service office by providing clcrical support. She or he works with transport officer to track drivcrs’ movement
by updating log board. keeping fuel tracking, vchiclc service and maintenance log, tracking and supporting consultant with thcir movcmcnts, help TO plan driver’s schednle as per the Technical Advisor’s Activity Profile and submilling monthly transport rgport to Sr. Management. She or he is responsible for working with other staff from the headquarters and! or state oil’iceto coordinate smooth transport service operations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equi valent relevant experience.

• Verbal and written language skills in English required.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Ability to learn complex program procedures.

• Demonstrated competence to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines wirh attention to detail and quality.

• Strong ofl1ce and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a complex and fast paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients and consultants.

Location: Abuja

Note: There are no relocation allowances available for these positions.
