Laboratory Technologists Job opportunities in Ikeja.

A medical centre located in Ikeja is looking to hire an experienced Laboratory Scientist urgently  to be part of our team


RESPONSIBILITIES
•   To test blood or tissue in a variety of ways,
•   Observes cultures to discover bacteria and works with computerized diagnostically techniques.


•   Responsible for quality control and reliability of results.

• Performs standard laboratory procedures such as maintaining cell cultures requiring the use of sterile     technique,
•   Processing tissue samples and preparing slides using staining techniques.
•   Perform all laboratory tests necessary for diagnosis and treatment of patients.
•   Maintain all instrumentation and participate in QA process
•    Perform proficiency testing and routine procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory or related degree
- 1+ years of hospital setting
- 2+ years of experience as a lab scientist
- Working knowledge of hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and blood bank
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: Between N40, 000 and N45,000 per month.
LOCATION: Ikeja
