Internal Control Officer

Key elements of the role:
- Report to the Head, Internal Control
- Assist in Stock taking exercise
- Inspect and carry out checks on all activities in the Distribution Centre
- Ensure completeness and Accuracy of Goods transferred to all Branches
- Ensure that all Returned Items are tracked
- Check completeness of Suppliers delivery
- Report any discrepancies noticed in goods received from suppliers and direct purchase
- Assist the Audit Officer in carrying out any other functions as it relates to the department
- Ensure that all goods going out of Head office are duly stamped and signed by Audit
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports of activities at the Distribution Centre to Internal Control Department
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 years minimum experience
- Professional membership (or membership in view), is an added advantage

Driver

Key Elements of the Role
- Drive the Company’s vehicle in a safe, legal and professional way
- Deliver products and mails to assigned destinations.
- Picking and delivering products to specified destinations
- Maintain assigned vehicle in clean, polished flawless operating condition
- Prepare and maintain records related to vehicle operations and condition
- Report trips made daily
- Report faults observed on vehicle , ensure that a valid rider’s license is held at all times and is available for inspection when requested
- Alert Admin promptly of any faults developed by the vehicle
- Ensure that a clean company uniform is correctly worn at all times when on duty
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of Ordinary Level Certificate/ Secondary School Certificate
- A valid driver’s license
- A valid Lagos State Driver’s Institute Card (LASDRI)
- Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to effectively use and maintain vehicle
- Ability to pay attention to detail and safety
- Good knowledge of road network
- Ability to read and write
- Good customer service orientation
