Job Description
He/She will be responsible for:
  • Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained
  • Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan of the company
  • Supervise call plan of Sales team through Business Development Managers.
  • Analyzing customer research, the market and competitor data and making recommendations that drive brand growth
  • Leading all marketing activity and measuring performance through developing appropriate marketing
  • metrics
  • Maintaining, developing and researching potential new strategic relationships within the sector to help drive the growth of the brand.
  • Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy.
Requirements
  • 7 years sales experience
  • At least 2 years in Management position
  • highly commercial approach to turning good strategy into great execution.
  • Ability to manage and achieve great ROI on seven-figure marketing budgets
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience in the Travel Industry will be an added advantage.
