Job Title: Head, Human Resource Management

Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic management of the Group’s human resources.

His Specific Duties will include:

• Design/review of appropriate organisation structure;
• Development of Job Descriptions and key performance indicators for all positions;
• Manpower planning;
• Recruitment and on-boarding, staff performance appraisal and management;
• Training and manpower development;
• Compensation management, staff welfare management, employee engagement and counseling;
• Handling discipline and consequence management issues;
• Exit management;
• Maintenance of employee records, among other duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications
The Person:

• The ideal candidate must have a good Bachelor's degree in a Management or Social Science discipline (MBA and/or Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be added advantage).
• Must have minimum of 7 years quality experience in HR Management function in reputable organization(s).
