CHEFS AND ASSISTANT CHEF: CF/ACF
Candidates for this position, must possess a good degree/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hotel/Catering Management from a recognized institution in Nigeria
Experience: Candidate must have 5-10 years working experience in a reputable hospitality company/organization. He or she must be very vast in the preparation of local and continental dishes
SUPERVISORS: SUP
The candidates for this position, must be experienced and vast in the supervision of Restaurants, in House Bars, House Keeping and laundry
Qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hotel/Catering management, with 5-10 years working experience in a reputable hospitality company/organization
HOUSE KEEPERS, LAUNDRY/IRONISTS PERSONNEL: HKS
The candidates for these positions, must be literate and be able to communicate in at least one local Nigerian Language and English and must be very honest and hardworking.
