• Must have deep technical expertise in Exchange Server 2003, 2007 and 2010
• OCS and LYNC 2010/2013 experience preferred
• Microsoft Office 365 preferred
• Active Directory (architecture, design, disaster recovery and troubleshooting)
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Develop solutions and implement migrations for new Exchange Server environments
• Exchange Server 2010 including experience implementing and troubleshooting Database
Availability Groups
• Practical experience troubleshooting Exchange Server and Windows Server performance problems
• Ability to resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with customers to meet their expectations
Minimum Degree: Bachelors
Experience: 1-3 years
