Job Description
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Advise on company information.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Close out or open call records.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Answer questions about products and services.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Proffer solutions to customers query.
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
Inform customer of new products and services.
Sell products and services.
Requirements
B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
Good interpersonal skills. Good communication skill (Spoken and Written)
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in customer service is an added advantage.
