Job Location: Abuja, Lagos
 


Position Description
  • Responsible for Driving Market Share within defined territory
  • Accountable for distributor sell in and sell thru management
  • Driving end consumer promotions, retail visibility and Wholesale management
  • Field Force management
  • Annual Sell in revenue and Market Share
  • Field force productivity as per defined guidelines
  • Distributor reach and coverage with product availability
  • Retail Execution as per defined regional guidelines
Position Requirements
  • Clear understanding of the IR channel and dynamics
  • Strong portfolio understanding and competition landscape.
  • Exceptional retail execution understanding with eye for details
  • Strong relationship skills
  • 5-7 years of smartphone sales experience in the region
  • English plus regional language.
  • Managed both distributor and retailers from end to end business management perspective
  • Graduate across any discipline
