Gate & Shield Global Concept Ltd, A sophisticated Access Control Systems company in Abuja seeks to fill the position of Head Technician. The Ideal Candidate must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering  with experience in the following areas:
  • -Home and Gate automation systems
  • -Access Control Systems
  • -CCTV
  • -Electric Fencing
Job Title: Head Technician
Main Responsibility Includes:
  •     Ensure that installations are done in a timely and professional manner.
  •     Supervise and coordinate the technical team for effective and efficient after sales support/ maintenance.
  •     responsible for care and maintenance of all technical tools including vehicles.
  •     responsible for driving down technical cost
  •     Ensure compliance with HSE rules and policies
  •     Repair and replace defective parts, storage batteries, controllers and other electrical fixtures.
  •     Write and Submit Technical reports based on field activities weekly.
  •     Provide cost estimates and preliminary sketches for services and materials

Job Title: Marketing & Customer Relations Manager
The ideal candidate must be based in Abuja with outstanding proven sales track record. He/She must be able to lead team and demonstrate proficient knowledge in the following areas:
-Customer relation and market research
 -Social Media Marketing
 -Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Follow up with existing clients to ensure they sign up for after sales services at a fee.
  2. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  3. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  4. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  5. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
  6. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  7. Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  8. Expand and develop marketing platforms
  9. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  10. Manage the marketing budget and develop pricing strategy
  11. Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  12. Generate timely sales reports as well as develop and maintain customer database
  13. Promote company products and services on social media

The ideal candidate must be based in Abuja with sales experience. He/She must be able to demonstrate proficient knowledge in the following areas:
-Customer relation and market research
 -Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
  1. Generate and qualify sales leads
  2. Source and develop client referrals
  3. Schedule sales activity
  4. Develop and maintain a customer database with a view to getting them to sign up for our after sales services at a fee.
  5. Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  6. Liaise with the Marketing and Customer Relations Manager to develop sales proposals
  7. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  8. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  9. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  10. Follow up on sales activities
  11. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  12. Monitor and report on sales activities
