Project Management Consultant Needed For Urgent Employment

The Sr. Project Management Consultant will lead, facilitate and support cross-functional teams with responsibility to improve,re-design systems and processes critical to safe, timely, effective, equitable and patient-centered care. In partnership with physicians, nursing and administrative leaders, the Sr Consultant is responsible for development, implementation and ongoing assessment of performance improvement and re-design initiatives within the healthcare system. Additionally, the Sr. Project Management Consultant will be responsible for working with the Director to develop dashboards to be used within the health system.

Job Requirements
Requirements: Minimum: Minimum 1 years experience in a healthcare operations and process improvement position with knowledge and expertise in application of performance improvement tools and methodology, including Lean, Six Sigma, Re-engineering, 7 Step Problem Solvin

Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Quality, Engineering or other related functional area and MBA or Masters in Engineering preferred.

Licensure
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or equivalent industry training including certification as a Quality Engineer and or Malcolm Baldrige examiner, is desirable. PMP Certification ideal.
