Job Title: Head Business Development
Job Requirement

• Design appropriate business development strategy
• Organize and drive a team to achieve the business development goal of the firm
• Coordinates sales and clients relationship activities
• Deliver on target

Qualification

• B.Sc. in a Social Science discipline, Finance a Plus
• ACA, CFA, CIBN preferred
• Minimum of 4 years experience of which 2 most have been at a top level in the financial sector
• Must be familiar with various financial instruments such as fixed income, stocks and derivatives
• Must be self motivated and capable of leading a business development team to meet its target

Job Title: Internal Control/Audit Manager
Job Requirement

• Design a competitive internal control policy and procedure
• Oversee the day to day compliance with internal control policies
• Coordinates the activities of the external auditor
• Liaise with regulators and acts as a secretary to the board  internal control committee

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Accounting/Finance or its equivalent
• ACA, ACCA
• Post ACA experience in a financial institution in which 2 years must have been at a managerial level

Job Title: Risk Manager
Job Requirement

• Draw up a comprehensive enterprise risk management policy and procedure for a financial institution
• Must be capable to implement the ERP in order to meet up organizational and regulatory requirement
• Implementation of the risk management framework that preserves companies asset, reputation and enhance stakeholder value

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Accounting/Finance or its equivalent
• ACA, ACS or an economist
• Minimum of 4 years continuous working experience in the financial sector

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Requirement

• Must be familiar with sales of financial instrument such as bonds, treasury bills, equities and financial derivatives
• Must be self motivated and goal driven
• Achieve set targets
• Amiable personality and a team player

Qualification

• B.Sc. in Social science
• MBA and a professional qualification an added advantage
• 4 years work experience of which 2 must have been in sales and business development
• Must have experience in treasury marketing and equity product
