Senior Sales Executives Job At Sigma Qualitas

Sigma Qualitas is a network of seasoned and experienced consultants, with several years work experience in large multinational organizations and the public sector, who have come together for the purpose of providing consultancy expertise and training to clients across various industries.



We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Sales Executives


Location: Lagos

General:
Strong familiarity with local Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate market and Infrastructure expansion
Identify new clients/ prospects and build upon information collated
Develop and nurture harmonious relationship with existing/new clients though proactive calls, personal meetings, build network
Build Proposals and presentations for assigned enquiries
Arrange and conduct Site/ Building Inspections smoothly in terms of planning, punctuality, access to the premises etc.
Initiate meetings & negotiations ensuring Client, Developer/Landlord and Senior managers are well represented at table.
Close Transactions, Assist in documentation.
Achieve the agreed Revenue target.
Participate in daily/weekly/ monthly reviews, prepare reports and discuss new
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers .
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
Report on sales activities to top management
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Developing sales strategies
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Job Requirements and Skills

Graduate Qualifications: A first Degree from a recognised University required.
Post Graduate Qualifications: Master's degree or Post Graduate Qualification would be of advantage
Previous Work Experience: Work experience ideally within the Real Estate is required
Experience: 7 to 10 years work experience with at least 3 years in Financial Sales is preferred (NYSC is essential).
