Our client is a reputed group with strong presence in Nigeria.  The group is mainly dealing into FMCG, Consumer durables, chemicals and hospitality. We are looking for Project Manager who have handled 5 Star Hotel Projects

Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER (HOTEL)

Job Location: Lagos
This position would be fully responsible for the 5 Starinternationally recognized hospitality project
Candidate would be handling his team, negotiating with vendors, contractors, handling
BOQs, interacting with international architects, understanding drawings, preparing budget, clear communication, adaptable personality
Experience Level:

• More than 10 – 15 years of experience in the field of construction & well versed with planning, execution, liaison, reputable 5 starinternationally recognized hospitality projects.
• Education in BE Civil, over 40 years in age
