Clothcare Laundry Services is seeking to employ suitably and qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Laundry Supervisor

Job Descriptions

• To make requisition for any laundry supplies like detergents, soaps, bleaches, disinfectants, starches, etc.
• Maintain proper records of the supplies and the items that have been laundered.
• Handles complaints and requests of customers.
• Advises manager/administrator on day to day activities of the business
• To schedule and plan the daily work for the laundry personnel and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements
• To supervise the work of the laundry personnel.
• To regularly inspect the progress of the work and to make sure that quality is maintained and may shift the personnel according to changing priority work situations.
• Initiate and lead key sales promotions
• Keep a database of costumers, create a good relationship with costumers and follow up on costumers.

Education

• Graduate of high school, NCE or OND
